The staff was very friendly and helpful. Whenever you walked into the lobby you were always greeted very nicely. The room was very clean and the bathroom was large with very nice little soaps and lots of towels. The beds were pretty comfy with nice pillows. It was nice to have both a work desk and an eating table in the room helping to keep computers and food separate.

 The location was great. I had activities north and south. It was easy to to leave the hotel and return. I was impressed with how clean the facility was… Especially the the breakfast room. Normally a a self serve breakfast with waffle station is a mess, this one was always spotless and well supplied. Also, I loved having a door that opens directly to the outside.

I think the location is easily accessible and feels like it’s in the middle of everything without being too busy. My husband LOVES the fact there is a legit sauna in the basement. We are from Wisconsin and they are not as common as they are in Michigan, so he loves it! The pool is warm and the hot tub is perfect!
